Serious answers only please, I know it's easy to crack a joke at:

I need a trick to get mold stains out of cotton clothing. I left my best underwear in a plastic bag with my damp bathing suit after a weekend trip and when I openned the bag a few days later the light cotton bands of my panties were all stained with mold spots!

I've washed them 3 times to try to get it out, not working.

Any ideas???

  1. Ewww!! Toss them. You do not want to risk letting mold near your girl parts.

  2. Try using the juice from a lemon. It almost always works!

  3. Depending on the color, you could try bleach. I have also used Oxyclean and it worked.

  4. Try:

OxyClean, it works like a miracle!

Dab hairspray on the spots. scrub.

Put a few sqwirts of lemon juice on it, and rub.

if these dont work, try to do it from the underside of them.

  5. if its white then use 1 part bleach . Have you tried using "SHOUT Triple Action" thats stuff really works, ive fallen asleep too many times and wake up with black eye make up all over my satin pillow and "SHOUT" gets it out completely even on white satin so try that and see if it works. spray on the bands and use a soft bristle toothbrush and gently rub on it and see if that works.

  6. Soak it in white distilled vinegar for AT LEAST an hour.

Then wash it with Oxyclean (that stuff WORKS!)
