Star 67?? Pound 31 pound??

okay so im trying to make a private call to my cousin and before her number i type *67 but this automated message comes up saying its not working then i put #31# infront of her number but its not working

then i tryed calling *67 then putting in her number, then i did the same with #31#

CAN ANYONE HELP ME!?!?!?!

You can't block your number she has Anonymous call rejection.  Means you have to show up or do *82 to unblock your number

maybe u cant block your number because you live in a different country and *67 is how you block your number in the usa.different countries have different numbers in their telephone sevice.besides why block your number.just be honest.
