it's just tea,  so it has 0 calories,  unless you get it sweetened.  it is really good.

^^the 80 calories are IF  it is sweetened.

In a venti there is 130 calories so it is a pretty healthy drink.

Yes, tea is better for you than frappuccinos or most espresso beverages.

The iced passion fruit tea has 120 calories for a venti.  Their caffe americano venti has 25 calories and even the light frapps have about 300 cals for a venti.  Stick with regular coffee or teas with no additives.

Its really good, and suppose to be healthier than all frapps. I recommend it. :)
