Starbucks - getting hired?

Hi !! I have always wanted to work at Starbucks for a while so I went to the a few store and met then store manager. I handed my resume and cover letter. There is a few questions they want me to answer and i was just wondering if some of these answers are ok. Also for experience I have never worked before but i have done a few volunteering programs and i was once an audio visual worker would that be good to use??

Those are excellent answers.  Starbucks won't be overtly concerned about your resume.  Most people who start off working at a job like Starbucks don't have any past working experience either.  The fact that you've actually done volunteer work is more than what most would-be employees have done.

    Keep in mind though, that a job at Starbucks (or just about any service job) is more about adaptability than past experience.  Your superiors can easily teach you what you don't know (having a mother who is a former Starbucks employee, I can tell you that very few people, regardless of work experience will come into Starbucks without having to be taught).

    In the end though, do not be disappointed if you don't get the job.  The manager at Starbucks usually has so many applications coming in all the time, that he/she rarely has a chance to look at them all.  If you don't get the job the first time you try, try again later.  They might have openings.
