Starbucks job in safeway?

Question

I recently hired in safeway as barista in starbucks....

and the hr manager told me to come back on wednesday to do some paper work!

my question is?

+Should I wear the starbucks dresscode on wednesday?

+Do they train you on making coffees and stuffs?

+Is it good to work there? tell me some of your experiences..

Yes you should dress to code.  Yes they provide full training.  I am not sure if it is good to work there, those little satelight locations are different because you have to deal with the politics within Starbucks AND the politics of the Safeway.  Congrats on your new job, good luck!  Don't forget your id's, and checkbook if you want direct deposit.  Nothing makes a bad impression to an HR Manager like not being able to complete all the paperwork!

for paperwork no, you dont need to wear work clothes. YES OF COURSE they train you! lol they don't expect you to know offhand how to make 100 different drinks, working in a coffee shop is fun but beware of people on monday mornings. it really isn't a myth. some ppl without their coffee are just nasty!

I would also have to say working in a solo starbucks  would be much more fun than a safeway one.
