You have to be 16 to work at Starbucks. i applied at the starbucks near me and i was able to work there. I t also says 16 on the starbucks website :)

It must depend on the state. i heard that most states have 16 or older for starbucks. places that are more strict in law have 18 or older.

you can get your working papers at the age of fourteen, but I looked it up and you have to be sixteen in order to work at Starbucks.

To work at the following locations you must be 18

Starbucks, any gas station, groceries store, drug store and the like because they sell cigarettes

Restaurants that serve alcohol. You have to be 18 to serve food and if your table asks for booze you must have someone 21 years of age or older take the drink order and serve the drinks.

For anyone under the age of 18 your basically doomed to the Fast Food Industry. You can not even become a cashier any place until you are 18. It is a liability issue.
