Starting a hair accessoriy business?

Where can I find wholesale ribbon? Bow making supplies?And where can i find the cards to put bows on? (you know the card backing i can stick the bow on so I can hang them on spinner racks) Any advice? I have been making them for 11yrs and decided to go into business for fun. thanks!!
