Starting up small business??

Question

Hi, I am wanting to start up a very small business. Doing resumes, cover letters & selection criterias for people. I would only charge littler per resume ect. So what do I need to do to start this up? What about the whole TAX thing? Because I am working full time and would do this in my spare time. I live in QLD Australi.
