Question:

Staying up all night??

It's near 7 am, and I still haven't gone to sleep. I just haven't been tired. And I'm still not. If I go to sleep now, though, I'll sleep until three in the afternoon. Do you think I should just stay up, and tell my parents that I got up at 10 am or whatever, because my mom said that I would be in trouble if I slept late again. I just need to get out of this habit of staying up late. And I'm thinking, that I'll go to bed tonite at all 9 pm-ish, and then I'll want to get up early tom. morning. Do you think I should stay up, or just go to sleep and get in trouble??? Thanks!

  1. If you want to stay awake then do so.


  2. You should probably talk to your parents and tell them that you are having a lot of trouble sleeping at night. Maybe you have insomnia.

  3. Why don't you go to sleep from now , set the alarm and wake up when you usually do. Some sleep is better then no sleep. Just start going to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time slowly you will  get back to schedule.

  4. stay awake if u can.. go to bed early tonight.

  5. You might wanna stay awake, or fall asleep and put ur alarm clock under your pillow so it'll wake you up at an appropriate time. That way you'll get some sleep, and won't get into trouble. Also, just go to bed earlier. Get showered and ready by 8:00. then get into your bed and read or draw or something that's calming and relaxing, and then just go to sleep at 9. at 14, you need a lot of sleep b/c going through puberty takes a lot out of you. Trust me, I know. lol

  6. well just stay up if ur not tired dat way yuhh dnt get in trouble .lol but if your not tired stay up

  7. go 2 sleep! u dont want 2 be tired and grumpy all day!
