Stiff neck while wearing Headgear?

Hi I use my Headgear (that's what my orthodontist says) around my neck to pull my upper jaw back and have felt very stiff necked. How can i get this pain off me?

  1. Get a sponge and pad it in the area of your neck so it does not strain it
