Stock Option Bid/Ask -- N/A?

My Yahoo option quotes are not working -- no bid/ask/etc... What's the problem today? Tomorrow? Next day? Day after that? Next week? Next month? Next year?

Yahoo option quotes have been very sporatic for a while.  If it's just for entertainment fine, but if you need real quotes, I'd highly recommend just pulling up option chains through a broker like optionsxpress.com, etc.

Anyways, back to Y!Finance.  If your chain's not showing correctly and you've already tried refreshing the page and rebooting, you might want to contact Y!Finance directly.

Here's how to get to a page to report your problem directly to Yahoo!

In Yahoo!Finance, at the top right of the page, there's a help link. Click on that to get your here

Then click on one of the links on the left like quote basics. Here's that page:

Finally, at the bottom is the contact customer care button. Yes, it's convoluted, but that's one way to get there!

Once you get there and ask your question, they're pretty good at getting back to you, but you may have to ask/answer back and forth a couple of times.
