Stomach getting hard?

Question

When I touch my stomach it feels hard. I was wondering what this means. I just had a period so I know its not my period fixing to start. I am on birth control but I miss my first week of my birth control pills. My husband and I had s*x that week too. Please help me figure this out, thanks!!
