The fan of CPU of my Laptop BenQ P51E-714 stop moving. The system wants to install the Operation System a lot times .I have carried my notebook to the service Most Computers Bulgaria, but
they could not fix the problem. They told me that problem is CPU, but
when changed it the problem stay the same. I think the problem is in the
heat control. Please help me with advice how fix this problem with my
computer. I can find competent technical support service in Bulgaria. I
need from some technical information about my notebook to repair it. My
brother can make this, but he needs from some technical information
about technical scheme.
