Question:

Straight Hydrogen in my Jeep?

My cherokee has the 4.0 high output with EFI, could I just plug in a hydrogen tank and some sort of mechanical regulator?

I really don't want to get involved in pain in the a*s*s computer system wiring. This question is dismissing all other aspects such as tank size and what not.

  1. Yes.

It would run but the exhaust system would rust out and parts would start failing after a while because hydrogen make metal brittle.  There are probably some other reasons it's a bad idea.

  2. It will not make the Jeep run on only HHO

    .. . ..

It the HHO generator is to only give a supplementary fuel to the engine combustion

    .. . ..

There will be about a 30% fuel efficiency increase

    .. . ..

The HHO coming from water is a gas and any gas will vanish in the atmosphere

If not drawn into the engine So the engine has to have a carburetor intake suction of sorts for it to draw in that gas

    .. . ..

Yell it is a bummer thinking that the car will run on only water but think about it a minute you would have to have a whole different carburetor installed to use a gas and not gasoline to be the operating fuel of the engine

    .. . ..

I thought that the water thing was going to be the new fuel of the future today

    .. . ..

But it has got a couple more weeks to get advanced to that state
