Strange pill?! What is this?!?

Question

I asked a girl for some headache meds at school one day and she said she had some aspirin. But she pulled out a bottle with a bunch of different pills in it and I was too nervous to take what she gave me. EXAMPLE:

I am totally not positively sure, but it kinda looks like a codeine tylenol. you can go to the online pill book thing and it should tell you.

It is " Acetaminophen " tablet. 325mg           EXPIRED

What You would typically call a " Tylenol "

Go to this site.  It has pictures of pills that can help you.  It looks like asprin to me.
