On the Second Round, Buy Anything that you step on unless u do not have enough money.  In this way, ur opponents have a high possiblity on stepping on your house but it is good if have the same colour ( all the same colour and +++) as it will up the rent price

put hotels on red and green and dark blues

buy the first brown one...property thing

loads of people go on that

Buy the green and purple houses,

they always stack in money,

and so do the train stations aswell :D
