Street legal in nj!!?!?! please help?

ok i have a gokart a nice 110 cc its a good size nice speeds, horn headlights brakelights blinkers. what do i need to be street legal? whats the criteria besides like what i already got? i want to be able to ride on roads in nj! ocean county to be more precise

you need insurance and registation and you will never get it.

It would need to be equip with all of the same items that a car will have and also if you did do this your local state still would not allow it on the road and you would never get insurance for it............
