  1. well i have moved like 4 times cuz my dad's a diplomat, so it's on and off. well you'll adjust fast, just like i adjusted to argentina. i have also been to france, they r rili sweet so u'll be fine. just be determined and confident u'll definteli adjust in no time.

  2. You could go a few months early and take an intensive language course. Or if you pick a school that offers a 'semester abroad' program or something that's geared towards foreigners, then it won't be as difficult as throwing yourself into a classroom of locals without speaking the language. No matter which way you go, if you want to learn the language make sure that you make local friends, etc, while you're there. If you just stick with the exchange students or people who speak English, then you won't feel like you actually need to learn anything and you wont. Have fun!

  3. Study French in France - you may choose courses in Paris, Aix-en-Provence, Biarritz, Bordeaux, Montpellier, Nice, Lyon, Bordeaux, and Strasbourg.  In Canada, language classes in Montreal or Quebec City are available.  French language schools are available to all ages and all levels....

  4. There are many countries which speak English where you could study at: USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa come to mind.  The University of Iceland is English friendly, as are many universities in Germany, India, the Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, etc.

If I were you, I'd choose somewhere where knowledge of French wasn't a prerequisite unless the goal is to learn French.

If learning french is you thing, there are many exchange programs focussing on language development in both France, Switzerland, as well as Quebec in Canada.  Take a look at

    Quebec, Canada

    Paris, France

    Switzerland,

    Hope this helps.
