what kind of cuban stuff can I buy in canada that I cannot get in the US?

Apart from the illegal stuff, I think you can get those tobacco's named "Bolivar Vellicoso" and Some different Kinds of Rum.

About the only thing I'm aware of are cigars and they aren't  cheap.  Possibly rum although I've never looked.

It's hard to say because there are many Cuban products you can get from the States. See this link:

However, that said, there are natural medical products that are produced in Cuba that we receive here in Canada. One product is called "Policosonol" (works for cholesterol).
