Stupid Q about make up?

Question

i bought gosh waterproof liquid eyeliner and eyeshadow. um,

do i put the eyeliner on first or second? i dont want the eyeliner to go everywhere if it doesnt stick on "oily/creamy" eyeshadow?? thanks

extreme eyeliner in black- its soo waterproof, i couldnt get it off with waterproof make up remover... :/

will i have a hard time applying the eyeliner over the eyeshadow as the eyeshadow is creamy so maybe the eyeliner wont "stick"?

most waterproof eyeliner comes off with water and rubbing as weird as that sounds...

put your eyeliner on OVER your eyeshadow otherwise the eyeshadow will cover it up. Try different things maybe it will look better the other way.

always apply ur eyeshadows first regardless of its texture then apply ur eyeliner but if ur not used to wearing it dont expect to get it right first time so i  would reconmend practicing alot!!! So then apply eyeliner after ur eye shadow then give ur lashes a wee curl and apply lashings of ur new mascara!! Dont go too overboard with the eyelines and u'll look gorgeous!! x*x

I've found that some waterproof eyeliners smudge quickly and its best to apply the eyeshadow first then the eyeliner so the eyeshadow doesn't cover up the eyeliner.

Put the shadow on first because if you put it on second you can cover up eyeliner or smudge eyeliner. Yeah most waterproof stuff is hard to get off but Simple cleansing wipes or Johnson's cleansing wipes really work, or for me anyway. Don't use water as the scrubbing makes your eyes really raw and it is bad for them. Also to be honest going to sleep with the make up on helps get it off.
