Sub and amp question?

if i was to get a kicker zx700.5 to power 2 sets of kicker rs componets along with a kicker L5 10" would that be enough power and should i get the sub in dual 2 or 4 ohm

you will be just fine. get the dual 4 ohm sub. you made the perfect choice
