Sub for Football pants?

I cant find my football pants for practice so what can i wear that would be good instead of football pants.! Or do coaches usaully have extra pants at the practice with them

A girdle under regular football pants .

You're going to be out of luck.  Just wear sweats with your girdle on and plan on running a lot of laps.

If you have a sister, tights like those you wear for ballet or dance should work just fine.  The best part is they stretch, so one size fits all.
