Subeta isn't working

Question

When I go on Subeta everything is fine and it works, but sometimes, maybee every 20 clicks or so, the page will not load and it says Forbidden, you do not have permission to access this page. But sometimes the page works and sometimes it dosn't. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Also, the sidebar isn't coming up and the page is a mess. Does anyone know whats wrong or is it just my computer?

no its not your computer.  many of us r experiencing the same.  its the ISP and  servers thats messing up the system.
