Subiaco closer to mount lawley?

i am searching share room 5km around mount lawley. it is safe place for living and what is the student share room rent? what are the travel method available between subiaco and mount lawley? totally what is living cost per month for couple?

Mt Lawley is a very safe area. My daughter lives there and there are two bus services into Perth,but not Subiaco. These travel along Beaufort Rd and North Rd, check out on google earth., easy to see.

Inglewood is also a safe area and has a supermarket on the western area [coles] with the suburban train on the east.  Good service.

Travel to Subiaco from perth.
