Subs sound horible please help

Question

Well I unhooked my subs from my amp and took them out of my truck to haul more people and I went to go hook them back up and now they sound horrible and this doesnt make sense why because I have them hooked up right

check the wiring of the amp check some of the switches i had one go lose on my amp i was lucky enough that it was  replaced for free

Well if you hooked them up right, then why do they all of a sudden sound horrible? Check to make sure you wired them right correctly and not crossed them.

if all of your wires are good (not switched around) then you may have inadvertently changed your gain and/or frequency settings on the amp

just check all the wiring and make sure all of the screws are tight and ant striped.

if it sounds just like a low thud than you displaced the voice coil or moved the magnet in the moving prosess so you subs are screwed
