Question:

Substitute for lacrosse wall (rebounder)?

So I really want to be constantly practicing my passing and catching in lacrosse so I can be a lot better but the closest lacrosse wall I know of is at my school and that is 25-30 minutes away from my house. I am thinking of buying one but my yard is pretty small and a deflection could hit a window. Is there any substition or different way I can pass at something and have the ball come straight back to me (not including a friend) ?

  1. Find a neighbors fence or just any type of wall. I do this. If someone kicks you off the wall then move to the next closest one. Also, get your dad to come out and play catch with you. If he has never played he won't be good but it is better than nothing.

  2. This might work, I have something like this for baseball and it works quite well: http://www.sportsauthority.com/product/i...

  3. Just use a normal wall and draw on it with chalk
