Subway and Tomatoes?

Question

Does anyone know if Subway has pulled the tomatoes from their menu?? I live in Ca if this helps and I want a subway sandwhich with tomato!

Well, I went to Subway today and they HAD NOT pulled the tomatoes. My question now is are they carrying the tomatoes with Salmonella. (Roma,Plum, or Round)

i work at a subway and the tomatoes have been removed(nationwide) temporarily because of a salmonella warning thing. i think every restaurant removed their tomatoes or they at least should have. unless its not the type of tomatoes commonly used by most restaurants. i highly doubt the tomato ban thing will turn into something permanent.i love tomatoes on my sandwich, also. =]

all the stores in the states pulled them.. soo no tomatoes from subway...

Every restaurant should have pulled there tomatoes unless they are cherry tomatoes.

My husband eats lunch at a Subway in Baton Rouge, LA, and he said they pulled them there.  I would imagine, since it's a chain, that all Subways have pulled them.

Right now Subway has pulled the tomatoes along with a lot of stores and fast food because of the salmonella. I know because we were just at Subway and my husband was upset cuz there weren't any on his sandwich.
