Subway restraunt employees and aficionados...?

Question

How much of various toppings are Subway employees supposed to put on according to official Subway rules? I was recently told employees are supposed to put very small amounts of toppings on the subs (although no one actually does), such as three pieces of green pepper and six olives.

I'm sure it differs by location, you should tip your local sandwich artist, they'll load you up every time!
