  1. You can substitute Splenda for sugar in just about any cake or cookie recipe.   You can buy Jello sugar-free pudding & jello cups at any grocery store:  Breyer's has good sugar-free ice cream, and there are tons of sugar-free frozen novelties at the store;  sugar-Free Angel Food cake with sugar-free Cool Whip and berries

  2. everything with a sweetener in it. you can bake a cake with a sweetener, get sugar free ice cream. however, I do not believe in artificial sweeteners, at the end, they are not healthy for you.

  3. Jell-O brand pudding makes a sugar-free pudding in chocolate and vanilla.

Also, anything made with Splenda, Equal, Sweet 'n' Low, etc. is sugar free.

  4. Fruit in a bowl or on a stick :)

  5. You can try different recipes,I am a diabetic and I just use the pillsbury reduced sugar cake mixes and brownie mixes(they are made with Splenda) and I make my desserts. for instance this weekend I made a sugar free Hawiian cake, with the cake mix,you add 2 cans of drained mandarin oranges and divide this into 2 or 3 round cake pans (however many layers you want). You bake these and let them cool, while these are cooling you mix together a lg. container of lite Cool Whip, 1-20 oz. can of crushed pineapple(drained) and 1 box of Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix(only the dry powder). You spread this on your layers as you transfer them onto a plate and then cover the whole cake, sides and all when done with layers.

I also made a sugar free Fudgy Brownie Trifle Dessert, for this one you bake the Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Brownies and let them cool completely (about an hour) cut into 1-in. squares, put half of the squares into a lg. glass dessert bowl, and mix 1-lg. box of Sugar free Chocolate fudge instant pudding according to package directions and pour half of this over the top of the brownie squares, then put a layer of lite Cool Whip, and repeat layers again one more time.
