Suggestions on cameras?

I am looking for a nice digital camera that can fit in my pocket and take great pictures. I am looking for something that can zoom okay and take really close shots for some photography. There are just so many, can I have your thoughts?

    If your looking for a really good one then go with: Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX500. There touchscreen too.
