Well, most people say to count to 20 backwards and breathe to calm yourself down. That works for me for a whole maybe 5 minutes then I go right back to thinking about what ticked me off in the beginning, so how do I effectively use a stress buster.
Also, any suggestions as far as stress relievers?
No, punching a pillow doesn't work. I still want to punch the other person in the face.
And no, I don't need anger management.
