Sunday Times readers?

How long does it take you to read the entire paper, complete with supplements?

Due to work and home commitments I usually finish it the following Saturday.

Does anyone actually read the whole thing on a Sunday?

  1. I gave up reading it some years ago.  Most of the supplements (comics, sport etc) went straight in the recycling skip.  It became a chore to wade through the remainder.  A Monday-Saturday newspaper, the radio and BBC online news is enough.

I now do other, more worthwhile things on a Sunday.

  2. it takes me a week

  3. why read th whole thing. I just read the some of the bits that come in the plastic.....Actually, i was reading about the prison people just now.....

  4. I bought it yesterday for a change - I gave up buying newspapers a couple of years ago because of their bias.

Basically, I have hardly touched the sides in reading it so far. I usually do away with anything financial or homes & gardens and concentrate on the news, sports & features elements.

  5. I've enjoyed reading most of it, it takes a few hours, some sections I've read Mon or Tues or even weeks later. I like the paper.

  6. I don't get to read much of it since having children.

My husband still seems to manage it though...

  7. The paper goes in the recycling sunday evening (it is too big to have hanging around). The magazines I'm finished with by tuesday. I am a fast reader, and can get through the paper in about 2 hours.
