how do you remove super glue on eye glass lense?

  1. it ain't super glue.. it is u know what it is..


  2. wait until it dries and peel it off of cut it with a razor

  3. if it's a "blob" wait untill it dries compleatly and the lens is glass, you can use a razor blade to flake it off fairly easily.  If you have plastic or coated lenses... you're kind of out of luck since super glue is synthetic and bonds to plastic on a molecular level.

  4. If the lenses are glasss, without any plastic coating, use acetone nail polish remover. I also liked the freezer idea.

  5. Put the glasses in the freezer for a couple of hours and then try to chip off the dot of glue. The glasses are a non porous surface and the glue and the glasses might contract at different rates while freezing possibly loosening the bond.

    I'm not sure if this will work with super glue but it work well with paint.
