Super super dry facial skin?!?

I got a dermabrasion, and day by day my face gets less red but more dry. No moisturizer is working. What can I do, and is this normal?

Are you using any harsh or drying products on your skin? Try not to use those. You may be dehydrated so drink a lot more water. If your skin doesn't go back to normal in a few days then go see a derm or doc.
