Surf board help?

   DO NOT BUY IT. If it is waterlogged then it will not float.  Surfboards are made from fiberglass and foam, fiberglass being on the outside foam on the inside.  So if the foam is waterlogged it will weigh it down and it will not float and it will tip and turn and stuff. Ill repeat myself: DO NOT BUY IT!!!

   i suggest you stay away from it. if it isn't free then don't bother water logged board are just that water has seeped into the foam core more then likely rotting it out basically compromising the strength of the board so after a while that board will buckle and break in half. water logged boards take in water sinking the board more creating more drag meaning you have to work even harder for waves
   
   as for it being a gun well since a gun is basically a longer sleeker version of a shortboard used for really big waves to handle the speed, I have seen people use them in like waist high waves but i can assure you they werent water logged
   
   but all and all what im really trying to tell you is DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT UNLESS ITS FREE..
