I live in Jersey and the winters are unbearable for surfing... 35 degree water and 20 degree windchills. I'll go out when theres waves but theres no way to just paddle out everyday for a workout.Been wondering what the best way to get in shape for surfing is, outside of the act of surfing itself. I checked out surfline.com and they had a great swim workout which I do maybe twice a week but I'm looking for more.I do the perfect pushup and stretch on a daily basis. Anything else to get ready for the spring? Thanks in advance.
