Sweeper belt

Question

Hey , i own a fantom thunder sweeper and recently my belt keeps slipping off, i've disassembled it and put it back on a hundred times but it keeps doing it after a few minutes of cleaning , Am i missing a part to hold it on or somthing else wrong i've cleaned it and checked all the ports just cant figure it out and cant find any info online thanks for your time tina
