Swim dive??

is it ok not to go into diving position and just stand and dive or would i get disqualified????

  1. you'll get disqualified in any USA swimming sponsored meet, or any big highschool swim meet (districts, regionals, states). in small meets they might let you....you should practice it with the diving position either way though.


  2. it depends if your on a competitive swim team yes if its a fun non competitive no.
