Im looking to train for the upcoming season for swimming at my school, my school isnt a big school into it but we do go to all ontario's depending on our results. I live on a lake and was wondering how i could train for swimmin season. I have a dock and also a water trampoline out in the water..Im 15 and weight about 150 pounds or so and 5"7, 5"8. Also is there any off shore training i sohuld do etc. How often should i do it and how many days a week, all your advice would be great: ) thank you
