Swimming Timeing?

I was wounding what the thing is called when you are swimming and its kind of like a piece of glass and you write on in while you are swimming i thought it was called a slate but i can not find where to buy one thx

If you cant find it in any shop selling swimming items, just use any perspex piece and chinagraph pencil which work as well.  Thats what i would do and they are much cheaper, too!

scuba stores have it, i wanted to get one for diving, but i dont dive as much as i thought i would, try looking for it online on scuba sites
