Swing around your head - in golf?

Question

My golfing buddies tip is swing around your head. Is this good advice? I guess the thought is this is a easy way to keep your head still. And, I suspect which is a bit of a rotational swing - which is good.

i guess so. i mean u don't want to move your head. don't sway it and if that swing thought keeps you from doing that, then awesome. i like to look down at my shadow and make a swing and make sure my head doesn't sway. this also makes me concentrate on rotating my hips instead of shifting forward which is bad. the forward sway is something i'm constantly trying to fix, one of those bad habits.

swing around your spine . the head will move regardless of how you try to keep it still . just keep head behind ball until past impact . i am old and senile so i just take my head off to swing
