Swing offense volleyball?

The University of Puget Sound volleyball coach is a big proponent of Swing Offense.  It is an advanced offense that reverses the normal "outside-in" spike approach patterns.  Hitters take approaches from the middle of the court attacking horizontal to the net, causing confusion and lateral drift to the opponents' blockers.

It's ideal for a team with smaller quick players and a good setter.
