Switch install help

Question

Im just a regular everyday technician with a network task unknown to me du to our lan admin passing away. this is whats going on. Currently have a Cisco 2600 router with a 3Com office connect. Now im istalling 10 Cisco Aironet 1100 a/b/g Access Points. So to illiminate the 3com i purchased a 24 port poe switch by alcatel. Now during initial switch setup it was asking for IP addresses for everything. Now i have no IP or where can i look to get ip address for this. The server is an IBM eserver running NT. How do i get the IP for the switch and gateway ingo and netmask. The initial ask for either DHCP or none. Dont know what todo here. I am able to follow directions very well tho. There is a hotspot box installed aswell
