Syco mother?

ok so there was this whole big fight after school where i go and like heres what happened

ok so 2 8th graders were throwing rocks at the river behind my school and then these 2 6th graders cam up and walked by adn one of the 8th graders accidentaly hit one of the 6th graders with the rocks and so the 6th grader threw one back and they staryed yelling at eachother and one of the 6th graders mom came up to the 8th grader and pushed her and so the 8th grader pushed her back in self deffensde and then the mom grabbed the 8th graders pony tail and just started throwing punches and beating the crapp out of her and the cops were called but the mom left before the cops showed up and so the 8th grader is filing assualt charges

my question is how much time can u get for assualt and what do u think would be like consiquences for everyone?

not sure whether this is true but if it is then it depends. It would be counted as child abuse. Depends on the judge and how good the lawyers are

being that the kids were minors, she can be facing anywhere from 6 months in mental hosp, and get her kids taken away until she can prove her self, or a LONG LONG time for indangering the welfare of a child, and loose her children permanently, and the mother of the other child can sue the school for 1 not doing anything to stop her, cause the kid didnt make it home yet, they r still resp. and 2 for not holding her there to wait for the police

Not funny at all. Its assault of a child. Not only will CPS or DCFS take her children from her for it but she is looking at a jail term, years of probation and mandatory counseling and parenting classes depending on the state and how the judge is feeling about this case. My personal thoughts are the judge is going to be EXTREMELY harsh with the sentence. Its an unprovoked attack on a 13 or 14 yr old child. There is nothing funny about that.
