System Error on yp-z5

Question

so i uploaded the newest firmware and put all my music back on....but now every time i click on music i get "system error!" any ideas?maybe due to the fact that prior to uploading the firmware i had reformatted the mp3? please do help, i really cant buy a new one xDI've just upgraded my YP-Z5AW/ELS from 1.08 US to ver 2.47 US and now I get the Systen Error message when I try and play any music. Also when device is connected to PC in MTP mode it disconnects from USB immediately. On unplugging cable it says MTP "finishing" then just sits there... only way to get out of that is a hard reset. I've tried installing the other versions available for download (2.43 and 2.45) but "upgrade" fails every time - I'm stuck with 2.47. Has anyone got a version that WORKS? Samsung support is non-existant.... Even though I downloaded the US version form the UK website (and every version that's available is the US version) they are claiming it's because I've downloaded the wrong version. I've had to buy my wife a new MP3 player (NOT samsung) but want to get the YP-Z5 working for my use.
