System restore help?

i trying restore my computer but it can't. it their any other way i can restore it cause their is a virus on my computer that dosen't come off,I keep scanning but notting happen.what do i do

im sorry to say but you got to take your computer to get fix and they have to delete and reset everything

Ok first u need 2 know wat type of pc u have if its a Vista then I can help if not ask my cuz just kiddin ok go 2 control panel then go 2 back up and restore when u get there it is going 2 ask u where u would like 2 restore ur pc. Then u chose the place u screwed up in . The computer will restore and then restart ur pc Hope this was heplful

system restore not happeninig

its of no use as u r virus infected

try changing your antivirus

still not working fine then formatiing is the last option

try kaspersky 9 its gud

if you have a virus on your computer, don't try to restore it. just go to a computer place and get the virus out and add virus protection.

Press F8 when its starting to boot , choose the safe mode (You must be the administrator for this) , try restoring it from there ,, if you still can't , you just going to have to reinstall a clean copy of windows.

How are you trying to use System Restore and what is your operating system?

In Windows XP, go to Start>Help and Support.  When the Help page loads, click on the System Restore link in the right hand panel.

If you have been doing that without success, you may need to do a clean install of Windows XP

Your virus must have come in through a download u just did, u must go through and delete it manually.
