I was upgrading t-mobile MDA a long time ago. While upgrading, I by mistake unplugged the power cord and installation failed... Since then I have been unable to use MDA... Is there any way I can clean install Windows Mobile that came with this phone?

  1. It may be possible to recover your MDA. You can try this:

First, you need a fully charged battery. (I don't really understand how you bricked your phone by unplugging a power cord? Did you mean the USB cable?) Then perform a hard reset to put MDA back to factory settings. It will erase all user data on the MDA.

    HARD RESET

Turn on MDA. Hold the Comm and Voice Button (top two buttons on the side) AND the camera button (bottom right). Keep them pressed in and hit the reset with your stylus. Keep pressed in and let go of the stylus. Release when you see the following message:

PRESS Send to restore factory default,

SEND is the green lift up phone button on the left

It will do a brief format and restore to factory settings.

This procedure might fix your problem.

    Good Luck.
