T-touch Band Replacement

Hi there,I have a T-touch with a leather band, but I'm deploying to Afghanistan and would like to replace it with a rubberized band that will be more durable. How do I remove the current band?? Thanks in advance! I really appreciate any help you may offer.- Lee Thompson
