Table-top insert repair?

I purchased a dining room set a few years back and the table top is an inserted frosted glass. I've noticed recently that some of the frost around the edges has scraped off. The store where I purchase this is no longer in business. Can someone advise what I can do, or where I can have this table top repaired?

Contact a local glass repair place. Probably one that handles decorative or stained glass products would be the most helpful. I don't know of any spray can type repairs but it would'nt hurt to look in your local home center.
