Tacsew problems

Question

My machine does not pick up the bobbin, and sometimes it shoots it out of the race. Sometimes the thread gets bunched up under the feet, and thread breaks a lot. I have tried to adjust tension but its not working.Completely frustrated with this machine.Help!
